Cheesy Hot Dog & Asparagus Frittata
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup cut-up fresh asparagus spears (1 inch lengths)
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Mexican Style 2% Milk Finely Shredded Four Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 4 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 5 OSCAR MAYER Wieners, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
- Heat broiler.
- Beat eggs in medium bowl; stir in next 4 ingredients.
- Cook onions in hot oil in large ovenproof nonstick skillet on medium heat 2 min., stirring occasionally.
- Add egg mixture; cover.
- Cook 4 min., without stirring, until set.
- Top with wieners.
- Broil 3 min.
- or until wieners are heated through.
