Krazy Kurt's Marinated Flank Steak
- 1 each beef flank steak
- 1 each onions red, minced
- 1 cup vinegar cider
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 2 tablespoons sugar brown
- Mix and marinate the night before grilling.
- Season before with fresh cracked black pepper and sprinkle with kosher salt to form a crispy crust.
- Grill on medium heat, until done to your desired doneness.
- Slice against the grain and serve.
- Salsa can be added at the table also.
- Add some fresh local corn on the cob and your favorite salad and you'll have a great summer barbeque.
