Ivory Sauce

• 3 tablespoons butter 3 1/2 cups chicken broth
• 1/3 cup flour Salt and pepper

1. Make a roux of butter and flour.
2. Whisk in chicken broth and simmer until thick.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
