Holiday Delight Recipe

• 3 c. sugar
• 1 c. light corn syrup
• 1 1/2 c. coffee cream

1. Combine ingredients and cook to soft ball stage.
2. Remove and begin beating immediately.
3. It will begin to thicken and change color.
4. Add in 1 1/2 tsp.
5. vanilla and continue beating.
6. Have ready the following fruits and nuts and add in slowly to cooked mix:

sugar, light corn syrup, coffee cream
