Low-carb Sesame Seed, Yogurt and Soy Bread
- 1 Egg
- 75 grams Yogurt
- 75 ml Milk (or soy milk)
- 40 grams Cream cheese
- 100 grams Gluten-free flour
- 60 grams Soy flour
- 15 grams Black sesame seeds
- 15 grams Almond flour
- 10 grams PAL Sweet (aspartame)
- 2 grams Salt
- 10 grams Olive oil
- 4 grams Dried yeast
- Combine all the ingredients in the bread machine, bake it on the quick-bake setting, and it is done.
