Napa Salad

  1. Toss together lettuce, cabbage and sunflower seeds.
  2. In skillet, brown and strain: margarine, rice noodles, almonds.
  3. Stir constantly until crisp.
  4. This only takes a few minutes.
  5. Place noodle mixture on the bottom of salad bowl.
  6. Add greens.
  7. Top with dressing.
  8. Top with strips of grilled or fried chicken breast.
