Napa Salad
- 4 cups romaine lettuce
- 12 head napa cabbage, shredded thin
- 12 cup sunflower seeds
- 14 cup margarine
- 12 ounces rice noodles, crip
- 1 cup almonds
- 12 cup sugar
- 12 cup balsamic wine vinegar
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- Toss together lettuce, cabbage and sunflower seeds.
- In skillet, brown and strain: margarine, rice noodles, almonds.
- Stir constantly until crisp.
- This only takes a few minutes.
- Place noodle mixture on the bottom of salad bowl.
- Add greens.
- Top with dressing.
- Top with strips of grilled or fried chicken breast.
