Mango Caipirinha
- 2 lime wedges
- 1 teaspoon superfine sugar
- 14 cup mango juice
- 3 tablespoons cachaca
- crushed ice
- Using the back of a wooden spoon or a pestle, mash the lime wedges in a short, wide glass.
- Be careful not to crush the lime skin or you'll end up with a bitter taste.
- Remove the wedges.
- Stir the sugar into the lime juice.
- Pour in the mango juice and cachaca.
- Add ice.
