Sour Cream Raisins Pie Recipe

• 1 pie crust, unbaked
• 2 Large eggs, beaten
• 1 c. sugar
• 1 c. lowfat sour cream, whipped
• 1 c. raisins, minced
• 1 tbsp. lemon juice
• 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1/8 teaspoon salt

1. Beat Large eggs and sugar till lightly.
2. Mix in lowfat sour cream.
3. Add in raisins, juice and spices.
4. Pour into a 9 inch pie shell.
5. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 min.
