Banana Bran Muffins

  1. Liquify bananas in a blender or food processor and add the yogurt and egg whites.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients, then add the liquid.
  3. Mix just until moistened.
  4. Spoon into sprayed (or non-stick) muffin tins.
  5. Bake in a preheated 400F (200C) oven for about 25 minutes.
  6. (Use the toothpick test.)
  7. Makes 12-14.
