Bretzel

  1. Add 100g flour, water, and packet of yeast (try half packet next time).
  2. Stir up and let sit in bowl for 1.5 hours.
  3. Now add the 1lb of flour, 1 cup (and an extra splash) of milk, 40g melted butter, brown sugar, and salt.
  4. Kneed the dough and then let sit covered for another 1.5 hours
  5. Bring 6 cups of water to near boiling with 60g baking soda.
  6. Morph dough into desired shape and let air dry for about 5-10 min.
  7. Dunk dough shapes in water/baking soda mixture and flip on both sides.
  8. (Maybe try a mixture of just one side).
  9. Then place on stove or pan with oil.
  10. Bake At 425F until dark brown (about 10-15 min).
  11. Enjoy!
