Bleu Cheese Walnut Toasts

• 8 ounces walnuts, ground
• 8 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
• 1 loaf cocktail bread

1. Mix ground walnuts with the crumbled bleu cheese to form a spread.
2. Spread on the bread.
3. Place the bead on a cookie sheet and broil until brown and bubbly.
4. WATCH carefully to avoid burning.
5. (I have done it).
