I Can't Believe It's Bass!
- 8 bass fillets
- 1 (12 ounce) canof your favorite beer
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- Pour 1/2 can beer in a deep skillet (we usually prefer cast iron for this) and bring to a boil.
- Rub garlic on fish fillets and place in skillet.
- Top with remaining beer.
- Simmer gently until fish is cooked through.
