Country Ribs with Garlic Sauce
- 4 pounds Country Style Ribs, Bone In
- 2 cups Brown Sugar
- 4 cloves Garlic, Chopped
- 1/2 cups Soy Sauce
- 1/2 cups Water
- Place ribs in large Dutch oven.
- Cover with water.
- Bring to boil and simmer for 45-60 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and drain.
- Place ribs in single layer in a large baking dish.
- In a medium saucepan or microwave safe bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.
- Heat until sugar is dissolved, stirring occasionally.
- Pour over the ribs.
- Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 2 hours, basting occasionally and turning once.
- Serve with rice.
- Note: adjust the garlic to your liking.
- I use anywhere from two to 6 cloves depending on the occasion!
