Country Ribs with Garlic Sauce

  1. Place ribs in large Dutch oven.
  2. Cover with water.
  3. Bring to boil and simmer for 45-60 minutes.
  4. Remove from the heat and drain.
  5. Place ribs in single layer in a large baking dish.
  6. In a medium saucepan or microwave safe bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.
  7. Heat until sugar is dissolved, stirring occasionally.
  8. Pour over the ribs.
  9. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 2 hours, basting occasionally and turning once.
  10. Serve with rice.
  11. Note: adjust the garlic to your liking.
  12. I use anywhere from two to 6 cloves depending on the occasion!
