Easy Snack Made with Pancake Mix Sata Andagi (Okinawan Doughnuts)
- 200 grams Pancake mix
- 200 grams Cake flour
- 100 grams White sugar
- 2 Whole egg
- 2 tbsp Milk (adjust it depending on the size of the eggs)
- 1 Vegetable oil
- Sift the pancake mix, cake flour, and white sugar into a bowl.
- If it's troublesome, mix with a whisk.
- Add the beaten eggs into the bowl from Step 1, and mix with a spatula.
- You can mix with your hands, but the mixture will stick to your hands...
- If the dough requires more liquid, add the milk while checking the consistency, and knead by hand.
- It's ok even if you put in a bit more milk.
- Roll the dough into ping-pong-sized balls.
- If it sticks to your hands, dust them with cake flour.
- Deep-fry in oil at 160C until golden brown, and they are ready to be served.
