Chilakiles

  1. First you wanna tear the tortillas into pieces and fry them into chips put them on paper towel to soak up oil add a pinch of salt.
  2. Next boil jeleapneos, tomatoes, and the green tomatoe.
  3. Once all veggies are soft to wear skin os coming off put in blender add the garlic and a slice of onion add a pinch of salt once done put chips in a dry clean pan smoother them with the sauce until chips are soft (with heat on) you can add a small amount of water once chips are soft put on low heat add of the cheese evenly everywhere you can add a lot or a little.
  4. Cover pan turn off heat and let cheese melt on its own.
  5. (Great with sour cream)
