Watermelon Slices with Lime-Honey Syrup
- 1 c. fresh lime juice
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1 ripe watermelon
- In 2-quart saucepan, heat lime juice and honey to boiling on high, stirring occasionally.
- Boil 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- Transfer to small bowl and refrigerate until cold.
- Syrup can be refrigerated up to 1 day ahead.
- Place watermelon slices on large platter.
- Drizzle with lime syrup and serve immediately.
