Watermelon Slices with Lime-Honey Syrup

  1. In 2-quart saucepan, heat lime juice and honey to boiling on high, stirring occasionally.
  2. Boil 2 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Transfer to small bowl and refrigerate until cold.
  5. Syrup can be refrigerated up to 1 day ahead.
  6. Place watermelon slices on large platter.
  7. Drizzle with lime syrup and serve immediately.
