Taco Soup

  1. Brown ground beef in an 8 quart stockpot.
  2. Add chopped ingredients and saute until onions are tender.
  3. Add beef broth, V8 juice, diced tomatoes, black beans, corn and spices.
  4. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Garnish with avocado slices, tortilla chips and sour cream.
  6. Top with four-cheese Mexican blend cheese.
