  1. Prepare both packages of rice as directed on pkg.
  2. using only 2 cups water and 2 Tblsp.
  3. soy sauce.
  4. Add celery and mushrooms; cool.
  5. Stuff and truss the hens.
  6. Bake 1 1/4 hours at 350* basting 4 times with last 3 ingredients mixed together.
