Kikko Roni Cornish
- 1 (6 1/4 ounce) packagewild Rice-A-Roni
- 1 (6 1/4 ounce) package long grain rice
- 2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce (Kikkoman)
- 14 cup celery, diced
- 1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
- 6 Cornish hens (1 1/4 lb. each)
- 12 cup Kikkoman soy sauce
- 1 12 cups orange marmalade
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- Prepare both packages of rice as directed on pkg.
- using only 2 cups water and 2 Tblsp.
- soy sauce.
- Add celery and mushrooms; cool.
- Stuff and truss the hens.
- Bake 1 1/4 hours at 350* basting 4 times with last 3 ingredients mixed together.
