AMIEs Crispbread Crust
- 15 piece crispbread or rusk (fette biscottate in Italiano), crushed
- 45 grams walnuts, crushed
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Preheat the oven to 160AsC (325AsF) and line a 22 cm a heart shaped or round cake pan with non-stick baking pan.
- Combine together all ingredients, mixing well until well blended.
- Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Cool.
- Its ready now for any kind of cheesecake u want to prepare like my cheesecake in my picture.
