AMIEs Crispbread Crust

• 15 piece crispbread or rusk (fette biscottate in Italiano), crushed
• 45 grams walnuts, crushed
• 2 tbsp brown sugar
• 2 tbsp olive oil

1. Preheat the oven to 160AsC (325AsF) and line a 22 cm a heart shaped or round cake pan with non-stick baking pan.
2. Combine together all ingredients, mixing well until well blended.
3. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
4. Bake for 10 minutes.
5. Cool.
6. Its ready now for any kind of cheesecake u want to prepare like my cheesecake in my picture.
