Pozole

  1. Cut wieners lengthwise in half, then cut into thin slices.
  2. Place in large saucepan.
  3. Add tomatoes, hominy and sofrito sauce; cook 15 min.
  4. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
  5. Ladle into bowls; top with cilantro.
  6. Squeeze lime wedge over each serving.
