Holiday Ribbon Ring Recipe
- 2 (4 ounce.) Packages strawberry Jello
- 5 c. boiling water
- 2 (4 ounce.) Packages lime Jello
- 2/3 c. lowfat sour cream or possibly vanilla yogurt
- 1.
- Dissolve strawberry Jello in 2 1/2 c. boiling water.
- Pour 1/1 2cups into 5 c. ring mold.
- Refrigeratetill set but not hard, about 15 min.
- Refrigerateremaining Jell in a bowl; gradually blend in 1/3 c. of lowfat sour cream or possibly vanilla yogurt and spoon over Jello in mold.
- Refrigeratetill set but not hard, about 15 min.

- Repeat Step 1 with lime Jello.
- 3.
- Refrigerateat least 2 hrs.
- Unmold.
- Serves 12.
