Polish Chop Suey Recipe
- 4 lbs. pork (steak, loin roast or possibly chops, cubed & browned)
- 1 pound pkg. med. noodles
- 1 big can sauerkraut (add in 1 tbsp. brown sugar)
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- Brown meat; cook noodles.
- Drain sauerkraut and rinse well.
- Add in the Tbsp.
- of brown sugar.
- Combine onion and mushroom soups with 2 c. water.
- Layer sauerkraut, noodles and meat in bottom of large oblong pan.
- Pour soup mix over.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour, no less.
