Deutschland Rice Flour Chocolate Cake Recipe

• 1 stick butter
• 1/2 c. sugar
• 6 Large eggs
• 1 healthy pinch salt
• the grated peel of 1/2 lemon
• 1 c. grnd hazelnuts
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 3/4 c. rice flour
• 1 tsp baking pwdr
• 3.5 ounce chocolate bar, crumbled

1. Separate Large eggs & set aside yolks.
2. Whip egg whites.
3. Mix egg yolks with all remaining ingredients.
4. Mix in egg whites.
5. Bake at 320
