Beef Livers and Garlic Shoot Stir-fry

  1. Soak the liver in water for about 10 minutes to remove the unpleasant smell.
  2. Wipe excess water with a paper towel.
  3. Soak Step 1 in the seasoning for 10 ~ 15 minutes.
  4. Chop the garlic shoots into 4 cm.
  5. Mix the ingredients.
  6. Pat dry the excess sauce from Step 2 with paper towels, and coat with katakuriko.
  7. Heat a slightly large amount of oil in a wok.
  8. Fry both sides of Step 5 until browned.
  9. Remove from the wok.
  10. Wipe the remaining bits from the wok, add oil, then stir-fry the garlic shoots.
  11. When fragrant, add the bean sprouts.
  12. Once the vegetables are evenly cooked, return the liver to the pan.
  13. Pour in Step 4 sauce, and stir-fry briefly.
  14. Swirl in sesame oil and stir-fry for a short time if you like.
  15. Serve onto a plate, and it's done.
