Porcupine Meatballs Recipe

  1. Combine meat, rice, egg, parsley, onion, salt, pepper and 1/4 c. tomato soup.
  2. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Shape into meatballs.
  4. Bake on a cookie sheet at 375 degrees for 5-10 min till browned.
  5. Mix remaining soup, water and Worcestershire sauce in large saucepan.
  6. Add in liquid removed meatballs.
  7. Simmer over low heat for 20-30 min.
  8. Stir often!
  9. Serve over rice, noodles or possibly spaghetti.
  10. Serves 6.
