Buffalo Chicken Meatloaf Calzone

  1. Pre heat oven to 350.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, and hot sauce.
  3. On a lightly greased cookie sheet, form mixture into a rectangular meatloaf.
  4. Baste with buffalo wing sauce.
  5. Bake for 50 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool.
  7. Raise oven temp to 450.
  8. On another lightly greased cookie sheet, spread out the dough to cover 3/4 of the pan.
  9. Place cooled meatloaf on dough.
  10. Baste again with the buffalo wing sauce.
  11. Top with the cheese and fold over the dough to form calzone.
  12. Pinch the seams so it doesn't leak.
  13. Put a few small slices on top and bake until golden brown.
  14. Serve warm and dip in blue cheese dressing.
