Using a Dehydrator - Dried Fruit or Vegetables

  1. Peel bananas.
  2. 1/8 Slice inch thick.
  3. Sprinkle with lemon juice or citric acid powder to prevent darkening.
  4. Place in dehydrator.
  5. Check each day.
