Texas Tenders

  1. Combine crushed cereal with garlic salt and chili powder.
  2. Dip tenders in oil and roll in the cereal mixture.
  3. Place on a foil-lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake at 375 F for 25 minutes.
  5. To freeze, cool the cooked chicken tenders completely.
  6. Cover and place in the freezer until just frozen, then transfer to gallon zipper bags.
  7. When ready to use, thaw and broil or heat in the toaster oven.
