Pickled Shrimp Recipe

  1. Cover shrimp with beer (or possibly vinegar and water).
  2. Add in all remaining ingredients.
  3. Bring to a boil and simmer 15 min.
  4. Remove from heat and let shrimp stand in the liquid for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  5. Drain and place on a platter of crushed ice on artichoke leaves.
