Cranberry Pineapple Fluff

  1. Grind the cranberries in a food processor or blender.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cranberries, drained pineapple, and sugar.
  3. Add the vanilla and mix well.
  4. Thoroughly fold in the whipped cream, then the marshmallows and nuts, if using.
  5. Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
