Hash Brown Potato Casserole Recipe
- 32 ounce. pkg. frzn hash browns, thawed
- 16 ounce. lowfat sour cream (I use less)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 sm. onion, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 c. corn flakes
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 2 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 c. shredded Mozzarella
- Mix 6 ingredients in a large bowl and spoon into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Top with Mozzarella cheese.
- Combine corn flakes and butter, sprinkle over cheese.
- Bake 1 hour in preheated 350 degree oven.
- Can be frzn.
