Mountain High Raspberry Pie Recipe

  1. Beat egg whites till fluffy.
  2. Add in berries, sugar, and lemon juice.
  3. Beat at high speed for 15 min.
  4. Mix in the whipped cream.
  5. Pour into a baked shell or possibly crumb crust.
  6. Freeze several hrs.
  7. Cut and serve immediately after removing from the freezer.
  8. When fresh raspberries are available, use 1 1/2 c. and increase the sugar to 1 1/2 c..
