Mini-Sliders Appetizers
- 1 pound Ground Beef, Lean
- 1- 1/2 cup Finely Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix (1 Oz.)
- 2 packages Pepperidge Farms Party Rolls Or 10 Soft Hamburger Buns (See Note Below)
- 40 slices Hamburger Pickles, Pressed Between Paper Towels To Drain Well
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Brown meat in large skillet.
- Drain.
- While meat is still hot, stir in cheese to combine.
- Stir in mayonnaise and soup mix.
- Slice rolls (*see note).
- Put about 1 Tbsp.
- meat mixture on bottom of each roll (I use a 1 inch ice cream scoop thingy).
- Cover with well drained pickle slice and top of roll.
- Return hamburger to the small foil pans that the rolls came in.
- Cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake 20 minutes or until warm and steamed.
- Makes 40 individual mini-sliders.
- Enjoy!
- *NOTE: The party rolls are available in some areas all year, and only at holidays in others.
- Here where I live, I cant get them anymore at all, so I slice soft hamburger buns in fourths.
- You need 10 hamburger buns.
- After making the burgers, I put them into a disposable foil pan or my jelly roll pan.
- Cover with foil and bake as directed.
