Pearls and Chocolate

  1. Sift together flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Cream together butter and sugars.
  4. Add eggs to creamed mixture one at a time, then vanilla.
  5. Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients.
  6. Add white chocolate chips.
  7. Using a small kitchen scoop, drop 1 inch balls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  8. Bake 9 to 10 minutes.
  9. Cool 2 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
