Aunt Julies Pork Chops
- 6 whole To 8 Whole Lean Pork Chops About 1 Inch Thick
- 1/2 cups Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Dry Mustard
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 3 Tablespoons Oil
- 1 bunch Center Or Heart Of Celery Stalks, Chopped, Green Leaves Too!
- 2 cans (10 3/4 Oz. Size) Chicken Gumbo Soup
- 1.
- Dredge pork chops in mixture of flour, salt, pepper, dry mustard, and garlic powder.
- Brown in oil in a large skillet.

- Place browned pork chops into your slow cooker.
- Add both cans of soup and chopped celery.
- 3.
- Cover and cook on Low for 6 8 hours or on High for 3 1/2 hours.
