Avocado, Tomato, Mozzarella, & Bacon Sandwich

  1. Cook bacon.
  2. Wash tomatoes and slice.
  3. Slice avocados and mozzarella.
  4. Spread mayo on inside of bread.
  5. Place avocados, tomatoes, mozzarella and bacon on bread.
  6. Add salt & pepper.
  7. Butter the outsides of the bread.
  8. Place in frying pan.
  9. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until mozzarella is melted.
  10. Don't make this recipe
