Kristy's Caramel Corn

  1. Pop popcorn.
  2. Keep popcorn warm in 200 degree oven.
  3. Melt butter.
  4. Stir in brown sugar and salt.
  5. Bring to boil, stirring constantly.
  6. Boil without stirring for 5 minutes.
  7. Stir in baking soda and vanilla.
  8. Pour over popcorn and stir well.
  9. Turn into two cookie sheets.
  10. Bake at 250 degrees for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
  11. Remove from oven and cool.
  12. Break apart.
  13. Store in an airtight container.
