Smoked Chicken and Mango Hors d'oeuvres
- 125g smoked chicken breast
- 400g can mango slices, drained Whole Foods 2 ea For $4.00 thru 02/09
- 25g small lettuce leaves
- 125g CAPTAIN'S TABLE* Water Crackers
- Slice smoked chicken breast and mango pieces into thin strips.
- Place a small lettuce leaf on each water cracker.
- Top each leaf with smoked chicken breast and sliced mango.
- Serve immediately.
