Steak and Potato Stir-Fry

  1. Cook and stir meat in oil in a skillet on high heat for 2 min., or until browned.
  2. Remove from skillet; set aside.
  3. Add potatoes, carrots and 1 cup water to skillet.
  4. Bring to a boil; cover.
  5. Reduce heat to low; cook 20 min.
  6. or until vegetables are tender.
  7. Stir in mushrooms, onions, dressing and cooked meat; cook and stir on high heat for 5 min., or until heated through.
  8. Serve immediately, dividing mixture evenly among 4 plates.
  9. Enjoy JELL-O Sugar Free Pudding Snacks (1 per serving) for dessert.
  10. Serve meal with an 8 fl oz glass of water per person.
