Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms With Butter Or Wine Sauce Recipe

  1. Clean mushrooms.
  2. Remove stems and chop small into a large bowl.
  3. Brown sausage; cold and break into very small pcs into same bowl.
  4. Add in bread crumbs and poultry seasoning.
  5. Mix thoroughly and stuff into mushrooms, quite high.
  6. Place 1/4 lb.
  7. butter and stuffed mushrooms in pan (can add in wine to butter).
  8. Place pat of butter to top of each mushroom.
  9. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 3/4 hour.
  10. Baste before serving.
