Apple Mustard Cream Sauce for Beef Fondue

• 1/2 cup (125 ml) heavy whipping cream
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) apple sauce, chilled
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) prepared mustard
• 1/8 tsp (1 ml). salt

1. In advance whip heavy cream until stiff.
2. Fold in apple sauce, mustard and salt.
3. Serve very cold.
