My Jambalaya
- 1/2 packages of keilbasa
- 1/2 lb Medium shrimp
- 1 packages Perdue grilled chicken
- 1 can Stewed tomatoes
- 1 Green pepper
- 1 Onion
- 1/2 tbsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Cajun spice
- 1 White or yellow rice cooked
- Dice the onion and green pepper into nice size pieces
- Slice the keilbasa place in a skillet and brown .
- Add onion and green pepper let cook for about 5 minutes.
- Add undrained stewed tomatoes and half cup of chicken broth.
- Season bring to a boil then reduce heat to simmer cover.
- Add cooked rice and chicken mix well.
- Add raw peeled shrimp cover let simmer until shrimp is cooked
