My Jambalaya

  1. Dice the onion and green pepper into nice size pieces
  2. Slice the keilbasa place in a skillet and brown .
  3. Add onion and green pepper let cook for about 5 minutes.
  4. Add undrained stewed tomatoes and half cup of chicken broth.
  5. Season bring to a boil then reduce heat to simmer cover.
  6. Add cooked rice and chicken mix well.
  7. Add raw peeled shrimp cover let simmer until shrimp is cooked
