Chipotle Lime-Glazed Shrimp
- 1 pound Large Shrimp, Peeled And Deveined
- 2 teaspoons Minced Garlic
- 2 teaspoons Lime Zest
- 1/4 teaspoons Kosher Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Chipotle Chile Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- Cooking Spray
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- Combine shrimp, garlic, zest, salt, chili powder and pepper in a medium bowl, tossing to coat shrimp.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Coat pan with cooking spray.
- Add shrimp to pan and saute for 3 minutes.
- Stir in the lime juice and butter and cook for 1 minute, tossing to coat.
- Remove from pan.
