Chipotle Lime-Glazed Shrimp

  1. Combine shrimp, garlic, zest, salt, chili powder and pepper in a medium bowl, tossing to coat shrimp.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Coat pan with cooking spray.
  4. Add shrimp to pan and saute for 3 minutes.
  5. Stir in the lime juice and butter and cook for 1 minute, tossing to coat.
  6. Remove from pan.
