Oven-Roasted Garlic

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F.
  2. Cut off the top third of each garlic head to expose the cloves.
  3. Sprinkle each garlic head with 1 tablespoon olive oil and wrap in aluminum foil.
  4. Place on a baking sheet and roast until soft, about 40 minutes.
  5. Squeeze the garlic cloves out of their skins to serve.
