Cold Pasta
- 4 servings Somen noodles
- 4 servings or Spaghetti
- 1 dash Olive oil
- 4 Tomatoes
- 2 Cucumbers
- 1 as much (to taste) Shiso leaves
- 80 ml Sesame dressing
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 can Canned tuna
- 1 tbsp Mentsuyu (3x concentrate)
- Dice the tomatoes and cucumbers.
- Put into a bowl, add the dressing, mentsuyu sauce, sesame oil and canned tuna and put the bowl into the refrigerator.
- Cook the pasta or somen noodles.
- Drain and rinse under cold running water, and mix with olive oil.
- Put the cold noodles on serving plates, pour on the sauce, and enjoy!
