Mediterranean orzo salad

  1. cook orzo according to package directions.
  2. Drain pasta when cooked and place in large serving bowl.
  3. Add to pasta the chopped onions, peppers, olives and feta.
  4. Toss in salt, pepper, oil and vinegar.
  5. Also add pepper flakes if using.
  6. Mix salad well and chill for about 1hour.
  7. Enjoy!
