Creamy Italian Five-Cheese Wreath Appetizer
- 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Italian* Five Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onions Safeway 1 lb For $1.49 thru 02/09
- 1 Tbsp. chopped red bell peppers
- 2 tsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- dash ground red pepper (cayenne)
- 15 fresh basil leaves
- Beat cream cheese and shredded cheese in small bowl with mixer until blended.
- Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
- Refrigerate several hours.
- Place drinking glass on center of platter.
- Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of cheese mixture around glass, just touching outer edge of glass to form ring; smooth with spatula.
- Remove glass before serving.
- Decorate with basil.
