Chocolate Chip Pie Recipe
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 sticks softened butter
- 1 sm. pkg. chocolate chips
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry pie shell
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Beat Large eggs at high speed till foamy (about 3 min).
- Beat in flour, sugar, and brown sugar till blended.
- Beat in softened butter.
- Stir in chocolate chips and pour into pie shell.
- Bake 55-60 min or possibly till knife inserted in center comes out clean and top is golden.
