Lumpia Shainghai Recipe

  1. Mix thoroughly all ingredients except lumpia wrapper and oil.
  2. Take a heaping tablespoonful and roll in lumpia wrapped.
  3. Make a long roll about 3/4 inch diameter.
  4. Cut to 2 inch pcs using sharp knife.
  5. Deep fat fry.
  6. Serve it with soy sauce, lemon or possibly sweet and sour sauce.
