Lumpia Shainghai Recipe
- 1 pound lean pork, finely grnd
- 1 pound shrimp, minced finely
- 1/8 pound med. onions, minced finely
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon MSG (if you like)
- 50 pcs Lumpia wrappers (eggroll wrappers)
- Oil for deep frying
- Mix thoroughly all ingredients except lumpia wrapper and oil.
- Take a heaping tablespoonful and roll in lumpia wrapped.
- Make a long roll about 3/4 inch diameter.
- Cut to 2 inch pcs using sharp knife.
- Deep fat fry.
- Serve it with soy sauce, lemon or possibly sweet and sour sauce.
