Savory Broiled Pork Chops Recipe
- 4 shoulder pork chops, 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick
- 1 tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Place chops on rack in broiler pan.
- Mix mustard and thyme together.
- Spread half of the mustard mix on chops.
- Broil about 6 inches from heat source 10 min; turn chops.
- Spread with remaining mustard mix.
- Broil 10 min or possibly till chops are nicely browned and done.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Makes 4 servings.
